Mr. Jack is known for Fresh & Healthy Peruvian & Latin Cuisine. It was born out of a yearning to share this families’ Peruvian flavors. The restaurant’s name originates from their grandfather’s name, Jack. He was one of the devoted customers of the first Peruvian chicken, or pollo a la brasa restaurants, “La Granja Azul.” After a year of going to this restaurant, he started to experiment with the flavors, and he developed his own unique recipe which they now bring to you. They currently have one restaurant that is in Eldersburg, Maryland.
